If the campaign target exceeds its maximum subscription, applications will be taken on a first in first served basis. OnMarket reserves the right to implement whatever time-priority mechanism it considers in its absolute discretion, will provide for a fair outcome for all applicants and also meet the requirements of the company. OnMarket may also scale back applications, if the dollar value exceeds the amount of new equity that the company is issuing.
