What is a variable priced offer?

A variable price offer is one where the live offer price may change while the offer is open.

The live offer price is controlled by the lead manager and depends on a number of factors such as the level of demand from investors and the company’s capital raising objectives.  The lead manager will close the offer at a selected final price and every investor that has submitted an application into the offer will be allocated at the final price.

If your application price is lower than the final price, you will not be given an allocation. We will notify you via SMS or push (not via email) if your application price falls below the live offer price during the course of the offer so that you have the opportunity to increase your application price.

To avoid missing out, we recommend that your application price reflects the highest price that you are willing to pay for shares in the offer. If your application price is higher than the final price, you will be allocated at the final price.
