Why am I restricted from submitting an application into some offers?

Certain types of offers are not available to all investors. This restriction is imposed by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) which stipulates that for offers not accompanied by a regulated disclosure document, such as a prospectus, are only available to sophisticated or professional investors and sometimes experienced investors.

In order to participate in undocumented offers, investors need to qualify as sophisticated, professional, or experienced investors. More information is available here.

Please note, the Company may decide to only offer new shares to investors who are classified as sophisticated or professional, but not offer them to investors who are classified as experienced.
