We strongly suggest you make your payment as soon as you submit your bid to avoid missing out. Payment must be made in full, no later than 5pm (AEST) on the ‘Pay By’ date for the particular offer.
Payments using Direct Debit must be made 3 days prior to the 'Pay By' date as it can take up to 72 hours to be cleared and received by OnMarket.
For the avoidance of doubt, your payment must be received by OnMarket by 8am the day following the ‘Pay By’ date.
Offers may, at the discretion of OnMarket in consultation with the Issuer or Lead Manager, close early. The ‘Pay By’ date is subject to change without notice.
