If you are a retail investor, after submitting an application in a crowdfunding offer, you will receive a 5 business day cooling off period starting the day following your application (also known as ‘bid’).
If you chose to cancel your bid during the 5 day cooling off period you can do so by selecting “Manage” on your application in your History panel. Please note: After the 5 day cooling off period has expired, you will be unable to withdraw your application.
If you cancel an application for which we have already received payment, once the funds have been cleared in our trust account, all funds will be refunded to your nominated refund account.
