What is a funding bar and how does it work?

The funding bar is displayed both on OnMarket’s homepage under each offer as well as on a company’s dedicated equity crowdfunding landing page.

The funding bar shows you how much has been invested and how many investors have participated in the raise so far. When the funding bar turns blue, it means the minimum amount has been raised!

The green then shows capital that has been raised on top of the minimum target amount and how far the company has until they reach their maximum target.

It’s important to note here that the funding bar shows all bids, this includes those which have been paid, have not yet been paid and those which are subject to the 5-day cooling off period.
